UK Caller Satisfaction Survey
If you are a business, have you ever wondered how your customers feel after they have spoken to you on the phone? Face for Business has recently conducted a survey to discover just that.
In order to find out how customers really feel about calling companies, we have asked 1500 individuals how long they think they spend on hold each week when calling businesses, the length of time before the call is answered, the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of the representative they speak to, as well as their preferred method of contact.
