Rogers Pass road trip

This infographics describes Rogers Pass road trip, one of the most popular in Canada.

Here are a several sights that definitely worth visiting on it:

The Loop Brook Trail passes within touching distance of the stone pillars that used to support the train tracks through the valley. The tracks looped in an S–shape, allowing the train more space to make its descent through the Rocky Mountains. At the time it was built in the 1880’s, this stretch of track was an engineering marvel. Nowadays it is still interesting to walk the trail and learn about, photograph and touch the stone trestles that first allowed trains to travel from coast to coast in Canada.

Meadows in the Sky Parkway is th one of the most popular hikes to the summit of Mount Revelstoke. The short trail leads through flower-filled meadows and impresses visitors with great views.

Grizzly Bear Refuge in Golden is the world’s largest enclosed and protected grizzly bear habitat. It is a perfect opportunity to view a grizzly bear interacting much as they do in the wild; foraging, hunting, playing, swimming, snoozing and exploring.

The route is suited to you if you like mountains, adventure and hiking. Take at least 1 full day to pass it from June to September.
